Cleansing or Detoxifying
Maraline's Note: Cleansing is subjective, you can cleanse just by using passive cleansing products and putting some limitations on acidic foods, or limiting your diet to green foods that you chew thoroughly. You can also cleanse by pureeing your food while you do cleansing products, or you can chew your food until it is pureed and do cleanse products. Cleanses can range from a day, two days, up through 21 days. Liquid feasting is preferable to fasting in that you continue to hydrate well and receive lots of nutrition, however do stop bodily function of digestion. Regardless of how you cleanse, we are all subjected to the elements and the food sources that are not optimal, so cleansing is good. Below are some examples.
