Healthy Daily and Holiday Drinks At Home
Drink lemon/limeade everyday, add it to your green drinks, and then spice it up at the holidays.
Everyday Lemonade or Limeade
Per ½ gallon: Juice from 4-5 Lemons or 4 Lemons, 1 Lime
Dissolve 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon stevia* concentrate in juice
Fill with pure water
Make it pink – add raspberries (puree them), Make it blue – add
blueberries
Lemon or Lime Pops: Freeze lemonade, but add berries, or juice of berries to change color, add coconut milk to get that 50/50 taste

Healthy Holiday Sodas All Year!
Using ANY ONE of the following:
Fresh lemon juice (or lime, or half of each)
Ginger Juice (from the Ginger People, easily found)
Unsweetened Black Cherry Juice (health store favorite)
Or any unsweetened juice or puree
PLUS
Astraya
Stevia (no aftertaste) found at www.YourNatureStore.com
Sparkling Mineral Water (any healthy source)
Recipe: Make by the glass so it is highly carbonated & tasty.
1 tsp juice
1/8th tsp stevia
stir with chopsticks until stevia disappears
add ice then the sparkling mineral water
Optional floating condiments sliced lemons or berries
Drink and be merry!
Key is to build to taste, once you have it the way you like it, mark it on a card and offer the card as instructions as you lay out the ingredients for your guests to build their own! This tastes great and is great fun, and a great way for kids to see they can have their soda and drink it too! HOHOHO!
